ENTRY
FORM
Artists are invited to enter works of any media to this juried show.
Artwork is not limited by a particular theme, style or subject matter.
This year, Outside the Lines 2 will be juried by a panel of three
jurors that includes David Newman, Carolyn Brown and Jeff A. Green.
ELIGIBILITY
Art in all media will be accepted in this exhibit. Only work completed
within the last three years will be considered. Artwork should be
ready for installation at the time of delivery. No artwork shall
be removed from the exhibition before the closing date. Complex
installations should be coordinated and supervised by the Visual
Arts Coordinator.

ENTRIES/SLIDES
Please fill out the ENTRY
FORM and return it with your slides to the Bath House
Cultural Center (see schedule). An entry fee of $15 will be paid
to the Bath House Cultural Center Advisory Council (up to two entries
per artist).
Please label your slides with the following information:
Artist name, title of artwork, medium, size and year (please mark
the top of your slides with an arrow).
The Bath House will not return slides unless the artist includes
a self addressed stamped envelope with his/her entries.

Saturday, June 29 - 2 PM to 6 PM
Exhibit opens:

Sunday, July 28 - 10 AM to 2 PM

INSURANCE
The City of Dallas Office of Cultural Affairs will provide insurance
on most works of art. In some cases, the City of Dallas may refuse
to insure certain pieces of art. Artists have the option to purchase
their own insurance separately.
Shipping/delivery of artwork to and from the Bath House is the responsibility
of the artist. The insurance coverage will not be in effect during
shipping of artwork.
SALES
The Bath House Cultural Center Advisory Council requests a 14% commission
on all art sold during the exhibition.
Keep sales tax and the 14% commission in mind when pricing your
artwork
