White Rock Rhythms features The Inner City All-Stars Brass Band, who just won their audition to perform at the Apollo Theater in New York City. As a matter of fact, they'll have just returned from New York when they take the stage at the Bath House on Sunday, April 4th for a 2:00 matinee.

Inner City takes its inspiration from the grand parade brass band tradition of New Orleans. They are a powerful combination of brass, saxes and percussion, playing funky second line beats at once bluesy and joyful. Having studied jazz at the University of North Texas, the group fuses authentic spirit and trained discipline to provide a unique sound and exuberance for the White Rock Rhythms series.

And, weather permitting, we'll enjoy the band the way it was meant to be...outside, on the Bath House veranda. So, bring your own refreshments and enjoy the foot-stomping passion of The Inner City All-Stars Brass Band.
