Local playwrights Robin Armstrong and Christie McFadden explore personal loss and redemption with their short plays. In "I'm Not Here," McFadden, a Quad C student, tells the story of a mother coping with the death of her child. Armstrong's "Smoldering Embers" tells of a recent widow and a family friend who pack up her late husband's belongings and share long time secrets. Directed by Robin Armstrong
