BOOTSTRAPS COMEDY THEATRE
From the writer and director of last year’s popular “Sunny & Eddie Sitting in a Tree” In this one-act silent play (silent film on-stage), THE BOXER, set at the turn of the 20th century, is the story of Velma, a woman who dresses like a man to find honest work. Her newest job is training a boxer with whom she falls in love. We watch them train for the "Big Fight," duck hooligans trying to fix the fight and eventually fall in love. Directed by Matt Lyle
